phycocyanin bioreactor for home testing

I'm creating a bioreactor to test home production of phycocyanin. I need some help with the temperature and pH control of the water/medium. I'm also working on a lighting concept, if anyone wants to join. The idea is to share the plans once in done, but I'm happy to other agreements if you have a better idea.
